I work differently.
Synergies blends nervous system science with neuroscience-informed mindset work to help real change take hold — in your body, your thinking, and your next chapter.
I don’t treat illness.
I don’t replace medical care.
I help lower the internal effort your system is spending just to get through the day — so the work you’re already doing can actually land.
When the body isn’t working so hard, the brain can change.
And when the brain changes, you move differently through your life.
You don’t end up here by accident.
Most of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and doing everything they’ve been told to do.

I created Synergies because I’ve lived both sides of this — understanding what to do, and realizing my body wasn’t able to hold it.

My Bio
I’m an Air Force Veteran, mom of four, and an ICF-certified neuroscience, mindset, and goal coach.
But credentials aren’t what make this work effective.
I know what it looks like to understand exactly what to do — and still feel like your body can’t keep up.
